How do you use them?
Are they used as a base or do you use it instead of the powdered or pigmented eyeshadow? I am now starting to learn how to use eyeshadow and have found that creams are not an option for me because I do not know when to stop rubbing it in.
The pencils are pretty but I am not sure how to use them. Any constructive answers would be so appreciated and I will say thank you in advance for your answers!
Sorry C3 I didn’t even realize I put foundation you are correct.
Also for the ones saying to use the color milk does it matter if my skin is black I have dark brown skin I was thinking that milk would be too light.

Like, why are they so cheap? It’s very sketchy, but at the same time, I really want to try it for myself. I mean, check out the deal you’re getting compared to if you buy makeup from Sephora and MAC. I’m talking about Coastal Scents, bhcosmetics, Celia, etc. Are they any different from high-end brands? Do they perhaps have more dangerous chemicals in them? What makes the high end lines so expensive?

the first few times i used it, it was great. but then it clumped and i couldnt even get it off the brush onto my eyelid. weird.
did this happen to anyone else or did i just buy a defective one?
