The Lorac line sold at Sephora has an eye liner that literally seems like its painted on. Its called Front of the Line Pro. I use it on all of my clients. Also, the mascara works great. But im sorry hon, there is no such thing as a water proof eyeshaow. the closest you could come to would be using an eye primer (such as TOO FACED SHADOW INSURANCE) and then use a cream shadow with it. hope this helps

No, there isn’t. If i were you, I would stick to re-applying foundation after you shower and wash your face. If you swim with foundation on it won’t look bad as long as you don’t cake the foundation on. As far as eyeshadow, I would skip it unless it is a neutral shade close to your skin color and just put it on after you go swimming.

Go look at the Make-up Forever line. They have the best waterproof…well EVERYTHING! It’s pricey but its the best one you will EVER come across.
